In October I am taking part in a three day, 35 mile pilgrimage with a group of traditional Benedictine monks in Oklahoma. Gotta’ get in top form before the walking wears out my soles.
By the way, if you’ve never picked up a jumprope, do yourself a favor and get one. I’ve been jumping rope for years now. There’s a reason boxers never leave home without one.
