How to Dress Like a Man

Still on pilgrimage. Here’s one I wrote a while ago. Miss Ann Barnhardt was kind enough to run this at the time. Can’t thank her enough for the eyes that saw this one.

I recently sent her a picture of me, my son, and my mother-in-law meeting Cardinal Burke. Her reply: “You look like a legit ‘30’s gin runner! Well done!” I was pleased.

Vocations Begin Early

I’m on pilgrimage today. Here is a re-post of a piece I wrote in 2022 about our parish altar boys and the priesthood.

Prayers for a Pilgrimage

Some of the boys and I are heading to Oklahoma for a pilgrimage in honor of the Three Hearts of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph.

Be assured I will carry your intentions with me.

In the meantime, I have scheduled some re-posts of “classic Harvey” to run in my absence.

God bless and please pray for me!

Month of the Rosary/Prayer to St. Joseph

I’m searching for a better version of this online. My Missal has a good one but I wanted to get this up before I forgot. In the link below is a prayer to St. Joseph to be prayed after the rosary during the month of October.
