Sandwich Anyone?

I recently learned that the round loaves of sourdough I’ve been making are called boulés. Have I mentioned that I don’t really know much about what I’m doing with this bread making stuff?

The sister taught me via FaceTime how to make sourdough sandwich bread. This stuff is (to me) much easier to make. It skips the step of having to put it in the fridge overnight.

So easy.

And sooooooo good! The smell as it comes out of the oven is marvelous.
