OK, I’m Listening…

The author of this Substack makes a good case for what Archbishop Vigano had suggested last week – that the number of cardinal electors entering the conclave might invalidate the whole thing.

I’m not saying the is the case, simply that it seems a cogent case could be made that, at the very least, the result could be illicit.

See what happens when you don’t follow the rules?…

And the Problem Is?…

Saw this earlier. Let it never be said that papal elections aren’t political, replete with dirty tricks and smear campaigns.

First Friday of May 2025

There’s still time. Make an act of reparation to the Sacred Heart.

Breaking and Updated

Diane Montanga is no lightweight reporter…

Friends, today is May 1, feast of St. Joseph the Workman.

Could it be that the just man to whom God Himself became subject on earth, he who was tasked with protecting Our Lord and His Blessed Mother on earth and is now tasked with protecting His church throughout time will come to our aid if we but ask him?

Remember, Bergoglio began his “reign” on March 19 – the other feast of St. Joseph…

I imagine St. Joseph is only to eager to fight off all the forces and wicked men who would seek to destroy his Holy Family.

The Waiting Game

While we sit here waiting for a conclave why not join in one of the novenas currently going around?

Here’s one from Barnhardt.

What’s a Few More?

I see the College of Cardinals has stated that all of the “voting age” cardinals will participate in the conclave. If you’re keeping score, that’s 135 or so despite a cap on 120 being formally in place for some time. Although Popes have exceeded the number of Cardinal electors in the college many times since the 1970’s, there has never been a time when more than 117 I’ve been alive for a conclave.

Archbishop Vigano raises this point here:

https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/archbishop-vigano-cardinals-created-by-bergoglio-cannot-validly-elect-a-pope/

“He also said, “the Apostolic Constitution Universi Dominici Gregis that regulates the Conclave, confirmed by the Motu Proprio of Benedict XVI Normas Nonnullas, peremptorily establishes that the number of Cardinal electors must not exceed 120 individuals. But the Cardinal electors who make up the imminent “conclave” are 136: we are therefore faced with a very serious violation that alone would be enough to undermine the legitimacy of any supposedly valid Conclave.”

What to make of this…

Stay confessed. That is all.
