Check them out. I’ve had two of theirs for a while now. I went away to the Atlantic coast from Texas two weeks ago and left my “land” under the watchful emblems of both the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart flags. Texas has been slammed with destructive storms. Guess whose house is still fine. Coincidence? You be the judge.

There is something wonderful about listening to the proclamation of the Last Gospel and seeing dolphins leaping outside the window. I have been blessed to have a priest friend join my family on our beach week. Please pray for him and for all priests.

Bad weather followed me from Texas to the Atlantic coast. A tornado warning went off last evening. Then the skies turned black and opened up. It was quite bizarre.
But the aftermath was kind of cool…
