Today, on this feast of San Gennaro (St. Januarius), I am reminded of my time growing up in northern New Jersey and the wonderful heritage of all that Italian food. It’s soooooo good. I’m also reminded of one of my favorite movies of all time. The movie is called Fatso and stars Dom Deluis and Anne Bancroft. Take a look at a scene from this wonderful DARK comedy. Recently, I discovered that Dom is buried in the same cemetery in Queens as my grandparents (and Tony Bennet!).
